These terms apply when you use the CareGhar app or website. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What CareGhar is
CareGhar is a platform that connects families with independent, verified healthcare professionals for care at home. CareGhar is not a hospital and does not provide diagnosis or emergency care.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Information you give about a patient must be accurate and given with their consent or as their guardian.
3. Bookings and prices
Prices are calculated by CareGhar and shown before you pay. A booking is confirmed once the advance is paid and the professional accepts. Negotiated fares apply only once both sides agree.
4. Conduct
Treat professionals and families with respect. Do not arrange paid care off the platform with someone you met through CareGhar, ask a professional to work outside their qualification, or misuse the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Liability
Professionals are responsible for the care they provide within their scope of practice. CareGhar is responsible for verifying them as described and for running the platform with reasonable care. Report any concern through Support and we will investigate.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are handled by the courts of Kathmandu.
